Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once the package is dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you have questions.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, we are unable to refund original shipping costs. The product price will be refunded once the package is returned to us.
Address Accuracy
A gentle reminder: please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. All addresses must be entered in English.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@tuteveta.co. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee recovery or redelivery. Additional shipping costs for reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery — incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused — we will reach out to you. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility. If you prefer a refund, the product price will be refunded minus any shipping costs we have incurred.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Should any significant delay arise, we will keep you informed.
